Earning a Gannon University digital credential is just the beginning. When you meet the requirements for a credential, it is issued directly to your LifeJourney Wallet with no extra steps required on your part. This page will help you access your wallet, understand what your credential contains, and share it with employers and others.

Access Your Credential

When a credential has been issued to you, you will receive an email notification. Your credential is delivered directly to your LifeJourney Wallet at and is also accessible via the LifeJourney mobile app. No additional action is required to receive your credential.

After accessing your wallet, you can:

  • View your issued credentials
  • Review the details of each credential, including earning criteria and skills
  • Manage your privacy and sharing settings
  • Share credentials directly from your wallet
  • Download available credential files
  • Import eligible credentials from other institutions
