Level I and Level II Fieldwork Performance Evaluations will be provided to students and fieldwork educators by the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator. Because the institution purchases these documents through a subscription, they may not be publicly distributed.

Article: Use of Formal and Informal Strategies to Manage Stress During Level II Occupational Therapy Fieldwork

If you are on campus during business hours, additional support is available through the following campus resources:

You can walk into CAPS any time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and let the front desk know that you need a Crisis Consultation. We are located on the third floor of Beyer Hall. If you are not on campus and/or it is after-hours, you can utilize the following resources:

  • Call Erie County Crisis Services at 814-456-2024 for immediate phone or in-person support.
  • Call or text 988 for immediate phone or text support
  • Call BetterMynd’s 24/7 Support Line at 844-BTR-MYND (844-287-6963)
  • Call 911 if you need assistance with getting connected to support. Erie County 911 will dispatch 名媛直播 Police and/or other emergency responders as appropriate.

Please note: The resources listed here are supplemental and do not represent all materials or support available to fieldwork students. All students receive a Fieldwork Handbook and access to additional resources through our learning management system. Students also receive ongoing education and support through Fieldwork Seminar, Fieldwork Bootcamp, and throughout their Level I and Level II fieldwork experiences.
