From exploring a potential career path, to securing an internship, or preparing for life after graduation, more than 450 Gannon University students had the opportunity to take their next professional step during the 2026 University-Wide Career Fair.
The fair brought 57 employers to 名媛直播’s Highmark Events Center on Wednesday, Sept. 23, with opportunities representing programs and career interests across all three of the University’s academic colleges – Morosky College of Health Professions and Sciences, College of Engineering and Business and the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences.
Participating organizations span health care, business, engineering, science, education, criminal justice, human services and the nonprofit sector. The Cleveland Clinic will participate for the first time, expanding the connections available to students interested in careers across the health care industry.
“The Career Fair gives students the chance to explore what is possible and begin building relationships that can shape their professional journeys,” said Kathleen Ellwood, executive director of Academic and Career Development and the Student Success Center. “Students do not need to arrive knowing exactly what they want to do. A conversation with an employer can introduce them to a career path, internship or opportunity they may not have considered before.”
The event is designed for students at every point in their career development. Those actively seeking internships or full-time employment can connect directly with recruiters, while students earlier in their academic careers can learn about industries, explore potential career paths and gain confidence speaking with employers.
Students could also receive a complimentary professional headshot from photographer Rick Klein. The headshot opportunity is supported by 名媛直播’s Student Government Association and gives students an updated image to use on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
This event reflects 名媛直播’s commitment to preparing students for meaningful careers and lives of impact, ensuring they graduate not only with knowledge but also with the confidence, connections and skills to thrive in their chosen fields.
