Gannon University has appointed three new members to its Board of Trustees, welcoming distinguished leaders from the Ursuline College community whose service helped guide the successful transition leading to the historic integration of the two Catholic institutions.
Sister Laura Bregar, OSU, UC’81, MA’99; Teri (Herrmann) Corletzi, UC’90; and Cynthia Moore-Hardy, FACHE have officially joined ÃûæÂÖ±²¥'s Board of Trustees after serving on the joint transition board established during the merger process.
Their appointments ensure continued representation of Ursuline's heritage, mission and legacy as ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ moves forward as one university with campuses in Erie, Pa.; Ruskin, Fla.; and Pepper Pike, Ohio.
"The addition of Sister Laura, Teri and Cynthia strengthens our Board with experienced, mission-driven leaders who have already demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the future of our unified institution," said Walter Iwanenko, Ph.D., president of Gannon University. "Throughout the transition process, each brought thoughtful leadership, valuable expertise and a deep appreciation for the Catholic educational traditions that unite us. We are grateful they will continue helping shape ÃûæÂÖ±²¥'s future while honoring the enduring legacy of Ursuline College."

Sister Laura Bregar, OSU, UC’81, MA’99, Leadership Team, Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland
Sister Laura Bregar serves as president of the Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland and has dedicated her ministry to Catholic education and religious leadership. Her experience includes service as a teacher, principal, development coordinator and congregational leader, as well as board leadership with Ursuline College, Beaumont School and numerous regional and national Catholic organizations. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Ursuline College and a master's degree in theology from the University of Dayton.
Teri (Herrmann) Corletzi, UC‘90 , COR Capital
Corletzi most recently served as chair of the Ursuline College Board of Trustees after years of leadership as vice chair and committee chair. A commercial real estate and business professional, she brings expertise in governance, strategic planning, operational leadership and government relations. An Ursuline alumna, Corletzi earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ursuline College and a master's degree in education from Cleveland State University. 
Cynthia Moore-Hardy, FACHE, Retired President & CEO, Lake Health
Moore-Hardy is the former president and chief executive officer of University Hospitals Lake Health and has served on the Ursuline Board of Directors since 2017. A registered nurse and nationally recognized healthcare executive, she has held leadership roles with numerous healthcare organizations and nonprofit boards throughout Ohio. Moore-Hardy holds bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing and business administration and is a board-certified, lifetime Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
